Jacqueline Lee celebrates her remarkable 45-year journey with our health system, where she has grown both personally and professionally.
Over the decades, Jacqueline has embraced various roles within our ministry, but her dedication extends far beyond her job titles and professional duties. Known for her compassionate nature, Jacqueline is a steadfast listener and supportive presence for families, team members and anyone in need.
Reflecting on her time with the ministry, Jaqueline says the health system has been there for her through numerous life challenges. During severe weather events like regional freezes and hurricanes, FMOLHS provided her with the essentials — safe accommodations, gas and water — so she could continue her work without worry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she received the necessary supplies to carry out her duties safely and effectively, a testament to the organization’s commitment to its people.
Jacqueline consistently gives her best to our mission, and her pride in FMOLHS shines through in every word. She expresses deep gratitude for the Sisters and the leadership team, noting that she has always felt valued, no matter her role, location or supervisor.
For Jacqueline, the past 45 years have been more than just a career — they have been a testament to being part of a ministry that truly cares for its people.
