Sherita Guss has dedicated 40 years to FMOL Health, serving faithfully in supply chain services and embodying a commitment to helping others.
Guided by Faith and Service
Sherita chose to join FMOL Health because of its faith-based mission and her desire to serve others.
“I choose to stay because I love my job, and I enjoy the people I work with,” she says, reflecting the sense of community that has kept her dedicated for four decades.
A Career of Versatility
Over the years, Sherita has held roles as a supply clerk and data entry clerk and now serves as supervisor of supply chain services.
Her work is vital to the system’s operations: providing timely supplies, solving problems, managing purchase orders and ensuring smooth, efficient processes across multiple facilities.
“My role requires versatility and flexibility to adapt to change,” she explains.
Memorable Moments
Sherita recalls fond memories of Sister Edana and Sister Linda walking the hospital halls with quiet dignity, spreading warmth and kindness.
One surprising personal highlight came from donating blood — she won a cruise to Cozumel, a moment she never expected but cherishes to this day.
Mentorship and Wisdom
Jacques Honore has served as a mentor, offering guidance, encouragement and support both personally and professionally.
Sherita reflects, “This milestone is more than a personal victory; it’s proof that with dedication and hard work, anything is possible.”
Sherita’s dedication, skill and heart for service make her an invaluable part of FMOL Health.
